St marys loch sailing club
St Marys Loch Sailing Club is rather excitingly the Scottish Inland Championships.
Camping is available on site, tents, campervans and caravans are welcome, the more the merrier!
The first race on Saturday is at 1pm with the last race not starting after 4:30pm.
The first race on Sunday is 11am with the last race not starting after 3pm.
This event is eagerly awaited in the calendar offering arguably the prettiest landscape through the entire series.
You’ll also find out from talking to people that this event is a firm favourite as a social aspect, come and join us!

Cost is £30 cash on the day
Food
Weather permitting we all enjoy some
good company and good food after a day on the water
there is a communal BBQ at this event.
We have a functioning galley but you will have to cook and clean up after yourselves
Courses
For our seasoned racers it will be a course around the reservoir on a slightly longer course
The amatuer/junior fleet will normally do a shorter more simplified course.

There is a camping field, typically camping at this location is free.
Safety Equipment
Wetsuits are advised
Sailors under the age of 17 are required to wear a buoyancy aid at this location.
Every competitor must carry a SOLAS whistle, widely available
via online retailers or your local chandlery.
